Notice that I cannot buy product with promos

This is the first I have experienced this. I was trying to buy a product from a developeer named Anshe. When I clicked to checkout, I noticed that my purchase was declined.

Was wondering if anyone have this problem before with this developers or others on IMVU. Thanks for the info.

Are u purchasing the products to gift someone? If so, keep in mind that you can't gift people using promo credits.

if the price of the item is too low than imvu decline all sells of it...
