3. First and Last Name registered under the ac
count
(The name used when registering your avatar - If Lost can be seen in the center and submit help tickets and the tickets you are on first name when we register it)

4. City wherein the account was created
(Flag / state listed first registered at your avatar)

5. 4 Digits of your last CC
(Create an account = AP noted last 4 digits credit card number)
