You do not have to provide proof you did nothing wrong. All you have to do is provide proof that IMVU inc wronged you. You paid for a service on their site ... and they took it away from you. Therefore they OWE you for all of the money you have spent on their site; credits, AP, VIP, prepaid cards, hours of dev-ing lost, emotional stress, money you spent on friends within IMVU, fucking gas to go across town to buy prepaid cards, EVERY fucking cent and second of your life that you have ever spent ... investing in their brand, only to have them scam you by taking away the goods that you paid for with money earned through blood, sweat and tears.

Damn right you want your account back. You paid for it. That account is yours. Those dirty thieves took your property. If IMVU inc tries to pull out their TOS in court, you still have the upper hand. An internet checkbox is not a binding contract. Their TOS is a load of shit in court, worthless. Either that account belongs to you and they need to give it back, or they scammed you and owe you for every cent.

You are suing them. This is about them being guilty. The blood is on their hands.

No. They will simply call you on the phone and give you your account back. The court date will never happen. IMVU inc always settles before the court date by giving back the account.

Yes. This is the only way to get an account back now adays if IMVU customer support just keeps sending you the same copy / paste answer. If you are outside of the US though, it requires a lawyer to work as a proxy for you in the US.
