How to track someones IP and location tutorial number 1...

What you need is:
CMD
A websites url
And a small part of your brain ^^
So welcome to my tutorial It's made so everyone will be able to understand it
Step 1:
Go to your internet browser and find a website that you want to find it's IP address. I will use http://www.imvu.com it's the easiest
Step 2:
Now the only thing you will need is http://www.imvu.com without http:// fps etc.
Go to start>>Run>>cmd enter
Step 3:
type:
its IP is: 208.71.159.144
Step 4:
go to http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/
and type the IP you want to track and you will find it's location
