Hey guys, so I’ve used BM products before, but they were always gifted to me and I never really had to upload anything manually. I wanted to try it myself this time and upload some products, but I noticed there are a lot of tools involved and I’m a bit confused about the correct steps. Can someone explain the proper order to do it safely? Also, I have a question about uploading triggers — is there a way to upload them into the shop and make them invisible? I know there’s a way, but I’m not sure how to get them through peer review. It usually takes hours for the review to finish and my products keep failing, so I was wondering if there’s another way or any tips to get them approved. Thanks a lot in advance for any help!

The truth is that the black market is kind of tedious, learning and applying it, there are a series of steps that Don sends you when you buy the products on this page, which mostly worked for me... then you have to be ingenious since IMVU tracks in different ways as time goes by, imagine that there are cheaters like time, passwords, avatar invisibility, etc., but well, you have to learn them... if you know how to create normal IMVU products, you already have an advantage in this.

Yeah, I kind of know how things work — I was actually wrong earlier when I said I hadn’t uploaded anything before. I have a few times in the past, and back then my products used to pass peer review in under a minute. Now it’s taking a whole day and I’m not sure why. Do you think it might be because my account is new? I haven’t uploaded anything to my shop yet, so maybe that affects the speed? Or do you need to have a certain number of products live before the review times get quicker again?

Unless things have changed recently, you shouldn't need to use PR at all for uploading your products. You upload them as hidden/private products onto IMVU, then use the PID to upload them onto the Mafias server under the "My Uploaded Products" section of the site.

That's assuming you're using T3DE or Deep Client, which I strongly recommend.

The thing is, I don’t just want to upload my products privately — I want to be able to gift them while keeping them hidden. But for that to work, they still need to pass peer review.

Back then, what I used to do was upload a few regular products just to level up. Once I hit level 3 or 4, my products would start getting auto-approved and go public right away. So at that point, I could just upload my BM products, hide them, and still gift them without any issue.

And no, I’m usually not using Deep Client or T3DE, even though I do have both. I actually downloaded Deep Client today after someone mentioned that it can skip peer review — but from what I understand, that only applies to products uploaded privately, and those aren’t giftable anyway. So I’m guessing it doesn’t really help in my case.

It's true, I think there are very few people who upload products for private use... there are people who want to profit from this like him and me... what I really do is upload 2 or 3 normal products to the store with a new account, and then I upload the black market product, although lately I don't know if there is more control in IMVU because they haven't passed me several products despite cleaning them as it is said here.

So it still works? Do you mean that after uploading a few regular products, the BM ones start passing peer review in under a minute again? Also, I guess it's pretty normal for some products to fail PR — not every item can be fully cleaned just by using a few tools. Some things are just more complicated.
