Hello,

so there's this SUPER SUPER annoying guy who uses this product: http://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?pr ... d=27694911

He visits a lot of chatrooms and basically makes the room pitch black. So you can't see anything besides the floating usernames. I'd be like "haha good troll" if he did it once or twice. I'm NOT at all exaggerating when I say he has done this almost every single day for the last two months! TWO WHOLE MONTHS! He hasn't even talked once in this two months.

And the crappy thing is, there is usually no mods in the room when he comes. And when you message the room owner, they don't reply. I'd love to shift and hang out in a different public chatroom (where there are mods), but you know how it is. If you move, some of your friends might, and others might not and you end up separating because of this moron.

So in saying this, any way to prevent this somehow? Reporting the product does nothing... Talking to him does nothing... I can't report him since his technically not breaking IMVU ToS.

The only solution I've come to is make a product that crashes him (and inevitably all of us). He may come back, but once he leaves, he doesn't usually come back for the day. Does anyone know how to make a product that crashes people? Or if anyone has a better suggestion? Because I'm honestly getting annoyed.

Have you tried the mute feature in IMVULite? It will hide his avatar so I assume that would make the product disappear too.

Do you have a Skype account? I have an idea but I am not sure if it will work. I'd like to talk to you about it and possibly test it on IMVU.

Bump. The annoying dude is still coming doing it....

I saw some one with somethign like this no one knew who it was but got suspect when one guy kept poppin n and out of the room, all he would say is lol cut out the light and leave...pop back in and the same thing. Sad to say there where also no mods there to boot hr guy

I'm pretty sure its the same guy cuz he literally visits 10+ rooms

Perhaps know some trickery with xml that could prevent that product from working. Unfortunately my idea of canceling out the product with another one made to turn on the lights didn't work.

Mute him. Then check your IMVU logs for the chat code that mutes. Your friends can use that instead of the button.
