cos .. i can't see offerpal my location dont let me and it always redirect me to OFFERS same happen with this guy homepage

Offerpal is the name of the account that gives you credits when one of IMVU's partners forgets to. I just find it interesting; I wonder if the account has any specail powers / permissions.

hmm but its not regular account .. i dont believe it could be used to get online even ... much just to transfer money perpose ..
and that girl could have him in her buddies wierd . then how we could get his ID ... h4c|< her account see him in her friend list on client .. do some stuff there maybe ...

I already have the ID and I am already on it. Click on the account's avi in the girl's buddy list and click "send message"; the ID will be in the URL.

I don't know the specialities .. That offerpal only has that girl in buddies list.
yet I believe the decent visitors there comes from mafia lol
