Downloading videos

Hello, I would like to know if any of you know a app or tool to download the videos which are playing on a website. I want to download some videos in 4k but it kinda asking for the patreon, and I have no issues in watching it without downloading but that website don't works well in my phone it buffers a lot other websites don't lags. Website name is hstream.moe

I think certain download managers capture media content from websites and are available for download. Some of them which I've used are EagleGet and IDM (Internet Download Manager). There's FDM (Free Download Manager) too but I'm not sure whether it captures all media content.
