I have a suggestion for something that can go along the shoutbox or replace it.
Basically its a live chat you can join, you can see a preview of the users that are currently in the Livechat.
I think that would make the website even more active and people could initiate in a discussion more easily.
Also a good way to help people who need a quick answer for their question.
So it may sound relatively the same to the shoutbox but i would imagine it like this:
For example when you scroll on the homepage you can see all these titles like off Topic, Mafia news and you could make a likewise department thats exclusively for livechats. You can see the amount of people who are tabbed into the Livechat at that moment and there could be multiple livechats at a time, so basically you click on one of those livechats and the person who started the Livechat could give the livechat a topic, something along the lines like ''cttm, movietalk etc.''.
I would also do it so you must buy the permission to make livechats in the meditshop so the the Website doesnt lag or even crash.

The shoutbox isn't for getting help and support, it's for chitchat and talking to robogangster, our site's bot.
