Oh i've seen worst than pac-man believe me.

For exemple:

Hotel Mario
Zelda Series on CD-I
Mario is missing (sucky educational game)
Mario in time (sucky educational game)
And many more

I'd say one of the worst games ever would have to be one my niece has on her Nintendo DSI that she showed me and its about Zuzu pets o.o
