I watch allot of perverted anime, so I decided to make a list of what I think is the best of the best. It took me a few months to make this list. 1 is the best and 10 is the not so best.
Top 10:
1) The familiar of zero - a young man wakes up to find that a really hot / young witch in training has accidentally summoned him as her familiar for life (3 seasons)
2) DearS - a boy in high school is given a hot alien slave chick...against his will
3) Mad Bull - a corrupt cop fucks lots of women, and acts as their pimp while protecting them
4) Sekirei - kind of like pokemon, only instead of fighting using monsters,...they use hot chicks, and the prize is entrance into heaven (2 seasons with a third in the making)
5) Green Green - an isolated all boys school up in the mountains suddenly has girls introduced to it
6) Chobits - in a world where personal computers are shaped like humans, a young man finds a cute female super computer in the trash, and tries not to fall in love with it
7) Goldenboy - a very perverted young man goes around doing odd jobs for hot women
8) Girl's Bravo - a young man who is allergic to women is transported to an alien planet that is low in population on men...and all of the women want him
9) Elven Lied - hot naked chick with invisible arms kills lots of people, gets amnesia, and lives with some dude who helps her
10) Automatic Maiden - a young orphaned boy in middle school decides to use the money left to him by his parents to heir a maid to take care of him, however, instead the maid service ends up sending him a sexy female killer robot whose dream is to be a maid (2 seasons)
Anything that contained enough sex to be considered hentai was excluded from this list.
To keep the list geared toward more people, I excluded Yaoi / shota, however…if you in to something awesome like that, I also suggest these:
Loveless - shota
Fruits Basket - yaoi
Bludgeoning Angel - lolita
Series that came close to making the list:
1) Steel Angel - another anime in which a young man becomes the owner of a military android that looks like a sexy woman. The android falls in love with him and calls him master. 2 seasons and an OVA
2) Midori Days - Well, it starts out with a guy who has never had a girlfriend before...other than his right hand. There is a girl who secretly watches him every day and has a crush on him. He wakes up one morning to find his right hand missing, replaced with the shrunken upper torso of the girl. During this time, the girl's real body is in a coma.
3) High School Of The Dead - undead attack a high school filled with young sexy teens. There is a lot of blood and gore and dead guys chasing busty underage girls as they run around screaming. Depending on the kind of person you are, this can seem perverted. I liked it. The plot comes with romance and some hot lesbians. All of the girls seem to be falling over the guy who is leading them.
4) Mouse - a master thief who can steal anything is aided by 3 hot slave chicks. This is actually one of my favorite perverted anime series, but I did not include it because the episodes are only 15 min long, about 3-4 min of which are taken up by the opening song / credits. All and all, it gives a total of 2 hours of watchable material in 12 episodes. It is worth a watch, but not long enough to be considered a true series.
The following were excluded for various reasons:
Gantz - bad animation and bad acting
He’s My Master - only available in Japanese with English subtitles
Bastard - series is good but too short, only 5 episodes
