any idea on how to remove hold/deal with this situation?

hello,
on imvu my account has been put on hold because someone gifted me credits(findom related)
imvu flagged it as susp and wants said person to reach out to them to sort it out, untill then they refuse to release me even though the guy disabled their account and hasnt reached out once.
next week is my 3rd month of being in this hell.
now I have alot of stuff on there, mostly emotional items that lead me to not want to give my account up.

I would really appreciate some help/advice from you guys.

So what did imvu wanted from you to remove hold?

Contact IMVU saying your account is on hold and they will ask you to verify your account and once you have done that
& gaven them the correct answers they will remove the hold.

I thought about that too, but that doesn't seem like a regular hold.

sadly it's no regular hold.
a user gave me credits for an ap job(findom to be exact) and Ive been on hold since.
they want this user to verify a transaction but the same week he has disappeared from imvu (disabled account).
I have offered them to give back the credits even to take double/tripple, gave all the information they could wish for.
yet Im still stuck.
it's to the point they admit he hasnt reached out but keep me on hold anyways.

No, it was only credits (75k)
Maybe 1 or 2 item gifts?

I think you should Contact IMVU saying your account is on hold and they will ask you to verify your account and once you have done that
& gaven them the correct answers they will remove the hold. If you call about billing that's the only reason they will connect you with a rep. At least that's what I do if I dont feel like waiting on a help ticket.
