IMVU Message Saver
A program to backup your IMVU message to your computer.

Due to IMVU's recent news about deleting old messages and not providing a proper way of downloading them I've created this tool for the community that can save all your messages.

Instructions
To start saving your messages, simply run the program. You will be presented with a login screen asking you to log into the IMVU account you want to save the messages from. This is necessary to be able to communicate with IMVU and get the right inbox. After you login the program will detect how many messages you have. You simply need to press the big blue button to start saving.

The program will create a folder on your Desktop called My Saved Messages where each message with get saved in a text document.

Each message is saved with data such as the Sender name and id, the date it was received and of course the message text.

Note: You can chose to ignore messages from IMVU staff if you so choose.

@DataMine Thank you very much for making this program for us...IMVU message: Removal of old IMVU messages and the Gifts Ranking of the avatar legacy homepage. This is the answer..I am sure many have been wanting a program like this, that we can download our imvu messages on our pc...It makes a folder on your desktop too so when you are done downloading your important imvu message you can rename the folder and add your avatar name....meaning you can customized your folder for each avatar you have and want messages downloaded. Awesome program. Thank you so much DM...You are the best. Your pc security protection might stop you from downloading/running the program...i just turn it off till i finished downloading it and running for the first time....then it worked smoothly...Enjoy everyone. Is it me? or is the download button linked to the gender modifier tool instead? I'm unable to download the message saver.
