It is difficult to make a recommendation since generally the rooms are frequented very often by the same people, that is, all or almost all already know each other from before and new users are very complicated to meet new people. What I recommend is to look for rooms with 1 or 2 users inside and be the one who starts the conversation, it is a good idea to look for rooms that are not very big.
